Cambridge ESOL Examinations in Australia
Block Entry Forms
- Here you can fill and print a Block Entry Form to enter your students in a Cambridge Examination. Before doing this, please go to our Checklist for Teachers page.
- Please read the Terms and Conditions - Australia before enrolling.
- The examination fee is payable in $AUD at the time of entry and payment must be received for the enrolment to be accepted.
- Please print and complete the Proforma Tax Invoice to calculate the exam fees. Please keep a copy for your records, then include it when sending the enrolment forms and payment.
- Entry Forms and payment must reach our office on or before the closing date which is indicated on the Dates & Fees schedule.
- IMPORTANT: Please check that you have selected the correct exam from the drop-down menu before filling in the form.
